RETURN PROCESS:
- The return must be requested within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
- Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, folded neatly and with their tags attached. If the merchandise returned does not meet these requirements your return will be sent back to you at an additional charge.
- Please email hello@thehandloom.com for return instructions and get a unique RMA number for mailing.
- Please note that all customers are responsible for shipping charges, we don’t provide return labels.
- We will provide return label for faulty items.
- All initial shipping costs (including duties) are non-refundable.
Additionally, return is not accepted on "Final Sale" items.
All "Final Sale" items cannot be returned unless our team determines they are faulty. In such cases, they are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
