• Orders are typically fulfilled within 2 business days
• Standard Shipping on US Orders Under $150: 3-5 business days / $10 USD
• Standard Shipping on US Orders Over $150: 3-5 business days / FREE!
• Express Shipping: 2 business days / $20 USD
• Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

RETURN PROCESS:

• To start a return process, please click here
• The return must be requested within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
• Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, folded neatly and with their tags attached. If the merchandise returned does not meet these requirements, your return will be sent back to you at an additional charge.
• Please note that all customers are responsible for return shipping charges
• All initial shipping costs (including duties) are non-refundable.
• We offer you the option to unlock free return shipping later for the eligible items in your order by paying a small returns fee at the time of purchase. If you choose to pay this fee during purchase, there is no additional charge for shipping your item(s) back to us. If you choose not to pay this fee during your purchase, you may be subject to a higher shipping/handling fee later at the rates that we require on the date you ship your item(s) back to us for a return.

All "Final Sale" items cannot be returned unless our team determines they are faulty. In such cases, they are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
