What are your shipping rates?

Fast + Free Shipping for All Orders over $150
US orders: $10 flat rate under $150
International orders: $15 flat rate under $150

When will you ship my order?

We ship all orders in 1-2 business days with DHL, USPS, or FedEx. Expected delivery in the USA is 2-5 business days, 6-14 business days to Australia & EU.

How can I cancel my order?

Order changes or cancellations can only be accepted if your order has not already been dispatched. You may cancel or make changes to your order via email hello@thehandloom.com.

How can I return my order?
  • To start a return process, please click here
  • The return must be requested within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
  • Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, folded neatly and with their tags attached. If the merchandise returned does not meet these requirements, your return will be sent back to you at an additional charge.
  • All customers are responsible for return shipping charges
  • All initial shipping costs (including duties) are non-refundable.
  • We offer you the option to unlock free return shipping later for the eligible items in your order by paying a small returns fee at the time of purchase. If you choose to pay this fee during purchase, there is no additional charge for shipping your item(s) back to us. If you choose not to pay this fee during your purchase, you may be subject to a higher shipping/handling fee later at the rates that we require on the date you ship your item(s) back to us for a return.
  • Please note: Items purchased as part of a bundle cannot be returned individually. To be eligible for a return, the entire bundle must be sent back together.

Additionally, return is not accepted on "Final Sale" items.

All "Final Sale" items cannot be returned unless our team determines they are faulty. In such cases, they are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

When will I get my refund?

Your return request will be processed within 4-7 business days after we receive your item(s). If you are expecting a return payment, please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.

Do I pay tax for international orders?

The Handloom cannot be held responsible for any additional taxes and duties. In the event that you decide to refuse any shipments from The Handloom, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to The Handloom. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. Returns must be sent via U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS. We recommend purchasing insurance since we cannot be responsible for lost/damaged packages. Please be sure to package returns well, as items damaged from improper packaging will not be accepted.

I’m in California, can I pick up my order?

Unfortunately, we do not have a retail store, so at this time we cannot allow pick-ups.

Where are you located? Do you have a store? Do you have any offline store locations?

Our main office is in Los Angeles, California. Unfortunately, we don’t have a store, but we work with many outlets across the World.

What are your hours?

We sincerely apologize if you have attempted to contact us and have been unsuccessful. We are open on weekdays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Our customer service representatives are working to return you as soon as possible. We highly recommend emailing us as it is the fastest way for us to address your problem. I am an international customer; how do I return my items?

Please contact hello@thehandloom.com for your return authorization number. Please note that all international customers are responsible for shipping charges including duties and taxes. When returning items back to The Handloom, we recommend adding insurance with tracking to ensure your package arrives at our office.
