How to Care for Your Garment
Our 100% cotton garments are designed for breathability, comfort, and durability. To keep your piece looking and feeling its best, follow these care instructions carefully.
Fabric Composition
This garment is made from 100% cotton, a natural fiber known for its softness, absorbency, and durability. Cotton is lightweight and breathable, making it a perfect choice for everyday wear.
Washing Instructions
Use a laundry bag: To protect the fabric from friction and prevent pilling, always wash the garment inside a laundry bag.
Gentle cycle at 30°C: Machine wash on a delicate or gentle cycle using cold or lukewarm water (30°C) to preserve the fabric’s softness and prevent shrinkage.
Use mild detergent: Avoid harsh detergents, fabric softeners, or bleach, as they can weaken the fibers and cause fading over time.
Drying Instructions
Lay flat to dry or tumble dry with no heat:
To best maintain the shape and texture, lay flat to dry on a clean towel.
Alternatively, you can tumble dry on a no-heat setting to prevent shrinkage while keeping the fabric soft.
Avoid excessive heat: Heat exposure can cause cotton to shrink or lose its natural softness.
Ironing & Steaming
Ironing is not required for most pieces. However, if needed, use a low heat setting or gently steam to remove wrinkles.
Steam for a fresh look: A garment steamer is a great way to smooth out creases without applying direct heat to the fabric.
Important Notes
Do not bleach: Bleach can damage the cotton fibers and alter the fabric’s color.
Store properly: Keep folded in a cool, dry place to maintain its original softness and structure.
Additional Care Tips
Wash less frequently: Cotton is durable and does not require frequent washing. Air out the garment between wears to maintain freshness.
Turn inside out before washing: This helps reduce friction and maintain color vibrancy.
